Our passivation process is designed to remove iron from the surface of stainless steel material. If the iron is not removed prior to putting the parts in service, the remaining iron forms a corrosion site limiting it’s useful life. We currently serve the electronic, connector, semiconductor sectors as well as many areas of commercial, military and aerospace manufacturing.
PASSIVATION – min lot $350 – water immersion $250
