Industrial / manufacturing facility mechanic.

The right applicant should preferably have 5 TO 10 solid years in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining equipment such as pumps, motors, AC/DC rectifiers, ovens, boilers, cooling towers, ventilation systems, control panels, very strong electrical 110,208, 480. We are constantly designing, fabricating, and installing new equipment for the manufacturing process line. 10 plus, years of Experience are highly desirable. We are looking for a hands-on technical mechanic that can perform all repairs and bring equipment back online. This is a permanent position. We are a high quality, very well managed aerospace NADCAP accredited electroplating facility looking for a high energy positive thinking person willing to grow and join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Job-Shop Metal Finishing Company is seeking to hire preferably an experienced plater. We are expanding our Hermetic department (second shift), and we are looking to hire experienced platers with a strong work ethic, solid references, and a good technical understanding of electroplating.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in electroless and electrolytic plating processes, be able to accurately calculate current per current density given and meet the thickness requirement, they will adherence to following instructions, company protocols and practice good housekeeping discipline. Also be knowledgeable of plating processes, including electroless nickel, tin, copper, gold etc., and have a very good understanding of electroplating theory, mil spec plating, uniform thickness of deposits, current density, ASF etc.
